Add warm water. The ideal food-to-water ratio is 2 to 1. (Ex: 1 cup Nutra Complete™ Infusions to ½ cup water.)
Mix
Let Nutra Complete™ Infusions soak for 3 mins to boost the flavor and texture. Then gently mix with a spoon.
